From a Manufacturing Power to a Powerful Manufacturing The current world economic and industrial structure is undergoing a new historical period of major readjustment, major changes and great development. On the one hand, the impact of the international financial crisis is still ongoing, with slow economic recovery and increasing uncertainties in development. On the other hand, a new round of global technological revolution and industrial changes brew new breakthroughs, especially the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industries Coupled with breakthroughs in new energy sources, new materials and biotechnology, are triggering far-reaching industrial changes.
