本文介绍一种适宜在冶金和轻工等领域应用的将薄形宽板裁剪成多条板材的在线检测系统。系统中采用多通道双边缘CCD摄象的测量原理,待测板材的宽度尺寸和条数都不受限制。为了降低成本及制造周期,摄象系统采用优化设计,利用现有的镜头,设计合用的摄象系统。采用单片机系统采集与处理测量数据,具有各类系统误差实时综合补偿功能。整套系统结构简洁,成本低廉,调试方便,抗干扰性能好。
This article presents an on-line inspection system suitable for cutting thin, wide panels into multiple sheets for use in metallurgy and light industry. System uses multi-channel dual-edge CCD camera measurement principle, the width of the plate to be tested and the number of articles are not limited. In order to reduce costs and manufacturing cycles, the camera system uses optimized design, the use of existing lenses, the design of the camera system. SCM system using the acquisition and processing of measurement data, with various types of system error real-time comprehensive compensation. The entire system has the advantages of concise structure, low cost, convenient debugging, good anti-interference performance.
