教学评价是教学活动的有机组成部分,是促进学生学习、改进教师教学的有效手段。结合教学经历深入分析了教学中教师急于评价存在的缺陷,在此基础上提出“缓拍式”评价的方式,并阐述了“缓拍式”评价的内涵及其特征,进而结合初中科学教学实践,指出“缓拍式”评价的实践原则,最后具体阐述“缓拍式”评价在初中科学教学中的实践运用。
Teaching evaluation is an integral part of teaching activities, which is an effective way to promote students ’learning and improve teachers’ teaching. Based on the teaching experience, this paper deeply analyzes the shortcomings that the teachers are eager to evaluate in teaching. Based on this, the author puts forward the method of “slow patting” and expounds the connotation and characteristics of “slow patting” evaluation, At the junior middle school, the author points out the practical principle of “slow patting” evaluation, and finally elaborates the practical application of “slow patting” evaluation in junior high school science teaching.
