通过定量测绘急性心肌梗塞患者静脉滴注国产尿激酶后即刻及3、8及24小时不同时间的S-T段平方面积,以找出溶栓药物应用后的最大作用时间。结果表明用药后即刻S-T段平方面积无变化;用药后3小时由原来132±65mm2下降为57±23mm2(P<0.001,下降程度>50%);用药后8小时下降为50.5±24mm2;用药后24小时下降为47±20mm2。提示用药后3小时是发挥最大溶栓效应的时间段,8小时及24小时,溶栓效果继续发挥作用,保持了狭窄血管的通畅。
By quantitative mapping of acute myocardial infarction in patients with intravenous infusion of urokinase immediately and 3, 8 and 24 hours at different times S-T square area, to find out the maximum effect of thrombolytic drug application time. The results showed that there was no change in square area of S-T segment immediately after treatment; from 132 ± 65mm2 to 57 ± 23mm2 (P <0.001, a decrease of more than 50%) 3 hours after administration; 5 ± 24mm2; decreased to 47 ± 20mm2 24 hours after treatment. Prompted 3 hours after treatment is the maximum time to play the role of thrombolytic effect, 8 hours and 24 hours, thrombolytic effect continues to play a role in maintaining the smooth stenosis of blood vessels.
