目的:探讨剖宫产瘢痕妊娠处理中刮宫术的应用效果。方法:选择我院自2010年2月-2015年3月期间收治的瘢痕妊娠患者64例,依据随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,参照组予以刮宫术,研究组予以双侧子宫动脉栓塞联合MTX灌注治疗,最后对比治疗后的相关指标。结果:研究组的术中出血量、血β-HCG下降率以及住院天数较比参照组,结果并无显著性差异。结论:剖宫产瘢痕妊娠处理中应用刮宫术,效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect of curettage in cesarean scar pregnancy treatment. Methods: Sixty-four patients with scar pregnancy admitted to our hospital from February 2010 to March 2015 were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the random number table method. The reference group was treated with curettage. The study group was given bilateral uterine artery Embolism combined with MTX perfusion therapy, and finally compare the relevant indicators after treatment. Results: The study group’s intraoperative blood loss, blood β-HCG decline rate and hospitalization days than the reference group, the results did not differ significantly. Conclusion: Cesarean scar pregnancy treatment with curettage, the effect is significant.
