1999年5月25日,泰宁县上青乡崇际村龙泉寺发生一起因误食被甲胺磷污染空心菜而引起的食物中毒,进食6人均发病,现将调查情况报告如下: 一、流行病学调查 1999年5月25日凌晨6点多,罗某等6人吃早点,主食为面条、豆腐、空心菜、香菇汤等,三个小时后罗某等6人相继出现头痛、头昏、恶心、呕吐、多汗、流涎等有机磷农药中毒症状,化验室报告患者胆碱酯酶活性均降低。经阿托品、解磷定等解毒药的使用,患者3～7天痊愈出院,其发病前48小时饮食无特殊,不吃
