市政工程施工工期长、工程量大,是一项涉及面广泛并具有相当复杂性的生产活动。市政工程为了与城市建设相适应,交叉作业、环境影响、危险源辨识等施工技术管理的难度增大。因此,在市政工程施工管理中必须把握好各个施工阶段的关系,加强对市政工程施工技术的管理,是企业信誉、社会效益以及人民生命财产安全的重要保证。本文就市政工程技术管理中遇到的问题进行分析,并提出针对性对策。
Municipal engineering construction period is long, the project is large, is a wide range and involves considerable complexity of production activities. In order to adapt to the urban construction, the municipal engineering project is more and more difficult to manage the construction technology such as cross-operation, environmental impact and hazard identification. Therefore, in the construction management of municipal projects, it is necessary to grasp the relationship between various construction stages and to strengthen the management of municipal engineering construction technology, which is an important guarantee for the credibility of enterprises, social benefits and people’s lives and property. This article analyzes the problems encountered in the municipal engineering and technical management and puts forward some countermeasures.
