黄秋葵,又名羊角豆,原产非洲,是锦葵科一年生草本植物,株高2m左右。以嫩果炒食或煮汤,质柔而粘,具有特殊风味,也可酱渍、醋渍后食用,是一种营养丰富的保健蔬菜。我们于1993年引进种植,经过多点试种示范,1994年大田种植9000m~2,每亩产量均在4500kg左右。其中海安镇蔬菜良种场种植约0.51亩,收获黄秋葵嫩果2526.5kg,折合每亩产量为5043kg。现将黄秋葵的丰产栽培技术简介如下:
Okra, also known as claw beans, native to Africa, is an annual family of Malvaceae plants, about 2m in height. To tender fruit or cook soup, soft and sticky, with a special flavor, but also pickled, vinegar stains after eating, is a nutrient-rich health vegetables. We introduced the planting in 1993, and after more trial demonstration, in 1994 the field planted 9000m ~ 2, the yield per acre is about 4500kg. Among them, about 0.51 mu of vegetable seed market of Haian Town is planted, 2526.5 kg of okra is harvested, equivalent to 5043 kg per mu. Okra now yield cultivation techniques are as follows:
