避孕环异位现行诊断方法很多,为寻求简易方法,我们用自己设计的宫内上带丝环,对8例环异位患者进行检查,效果满意,兹介绍如下。一、方法 (一)带丝环的制作取金属环一枚,在环上绑一根8～10厘米电丝(用直径1.5毫米普通电线剥去塑料层,将露出的一束铜丝绑在金属环上即成)。将带丝环浸抱在75％酒精内消毒半小时即可。 (二)带丝环的放置患者取膀胱截石位,外阴、阴道、宫颈常规消毒,按上环步骤,准确地上一枚消毒带丝环在宫腔内,丝尾蜷曲阴道内,用纱布填塞固定,然后到放射科检查。
