目的 :探讨杀虫剂顺式氯氰菊酯 (奋斗呐 )灭蚊作用机理。方法 :分别用 0 .697nmol/ L、1.393nmol/ L奋斗呐处理嗜人按蚊和斯氏按蚊 3龄幼虫 ,待生长至 4龄 ,测定其蛋白质含量及蛋白酶和羧酸酯酶活力。结果 :与对照组相比 ,用药组幼虫蛋白质含量显著增加 ,蛋白酶与羧酸酯酶活力显著降低 ,具有非常显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :本研究结果表明奋斗呐对蚊幼虫蛋白质含量及蛋白酶和羧酸酯酶活性均有显著的影响。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of insecticide cis-cypermethrin mosquito killing effect. Methods: The 3rd instar larvae of Anopheles anthropophagus and Anopheles stephensi were treated with 0 .697nmol / L and 1.393nmol / L of Soxhlet respectively, until their 4th instar larvae were cultured. The protein content, protease and carboxylesterase activity were measured. Results: Compared with the control group, the protein content of larvae significantly increased and the protease and carboxylesterase activities significantly decreased (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study show that Soxoping has significant effects on mosquito larvae protein content and protease and carboxylesterase activity.
