在基本上不改变现有的生产工艺条件下,插入浇注系统中的泡沫陶瓷过滤隔片,能有效地消除铝合金铸件内部的非金属夹渣。这已在各种不同类型的砂型铸件生产中,显示出独特的良好效果,对易于产生氧化夹渣的铝青铜铸件,效果也是明显的。本文概述了在试验室和生产条件下,采用我厂与山东工业陶瓷研究所共同研制的泡沫陶瓷过滤片,过滤铝合金铸件时的某些工艺特点、滤渣效果及应用实例。
The foam ceramic filter septum inserted into the pouring system can effectively eliminate the non-metallic slag inside the aluminum alloy casting without changing the existing production process. This has shown distinctive good results in the production of various types of sand castings and is also evident with aluminum bronze castings that are prone to oxide inclusions. This paper summarizes some technological features, filter residue effects and application examples when filtering the aluminum alloy castings under the laboratory and production conditions, using the foam ceramic filter jointly developed by our factory and Shandong Institute of Industrial Ceramics.
