初拿《美美与共》书稿时,我很惊讶!作为校长,我为我的孩子们感到自豪。一份情怀,一份责任,一份力量,汇集到一起,汇集成附中人的光荣使命……我们将继续勇敢地走下去,并在今后的日子里共勉——忠诚孝道(祖国、民族、家乡、母校、母亲),和平和谐(向往和平、严于律己、宽以待人、察人之长、包容不足),上进健康(身心健康、追求不止,能养活自己、养活家人、贡献社会)。由是,附中的孩子方能成为民族团结进步事业的建设者和接班人,成为振兴中华民族的栋梁之才。——民大附中校长田琳
