经济增长方式从粗放型向集约型的转变,作为一种长期方针,是一个总的努力方向。但在具体操作中,则要根据不同的发展阶段及具体情况有区别、分步骤地实施。并且,由于我国是以公有制为主体的社会主义国家,国有经济占有相当的比重,因此,国有企业在其集约化道路中,怎样与整个社会经济体制的变革相适应,并反过来对经济体制变革提出怎样的要求,已成为一个急待研究的课题。
