一、管理人才素质要求及表现特性 (一)现代企业对管理人才素质的要求 企业管理功能要求管理者的自身素质与之相适应。按照现代企业制度的要求,企业管理者应具有下列基本素质,才能使企业正常发展并表现出强大的竞争力。 1.决策素质。决策实质上是为达到组织目标,分析问题、预测结果、制订方案、解决问题、指导行动的过程。因而作为企业领导者或重要岗位的管理人员在企业竞争与发展的关键时刻必须能够作出正确决断。
