既往胃、十二指肠异物多经手术取出,随着内镜技术的发展,异物可经内镜取出,从而免去手术之苦。我们所取出的17例异物中男14例,女3例,最大年龄80岁,最小年龄17岁。最大异物为钢笔,最长为8号双股铁丝(22cm),最锋利者为牙钻,最深部位在十二指肠降部,其它异物分别有竹筷、枣核、缸把等,取出所需最长时间35min,最短7min。要想成功地取出异物,首先要了解病史,了解异物形状,先行X 线平片检查,了解异物所处位置,不宜行钡餐透视,因钡剂影响胃镜视野。取异物技术上
