不射精症临床上较少见,且各种治疗效果都不理想,我们自2005年6月～2008年5月应用WLSY-8000电脑性功能障碍治疗仪联合药物心理疏导及观看性教育片治疗功能性不射精症17例,收到了满意的效果,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:17例门诊病人,年龄22～38岁,平均27.5岁,其中3例手淫或梦遗时能射出精液。所有患者均无高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、肾病等全身性疾病。均已排除:器质性因素、医源性因素、药物性因素引起的不射精。
