周桂钿,公元1943年2月15日,华历正月十一日,生于福建省长乐县(今为市)玉田镇阡仲村周厝里。父亲周生利(公元1919-2008年),母亲李雪娇(公元1923年生)。两个弟弟:光荣、爱民。一个妹妹:凤钗。1949年8月17日,家乡解放。1952年家乡创办阡仲小学,入学上一年级。当时校长兼教师是林长禄先生。他一个人给3个年级同时讲课,所谓复式教学。给一年级讲课,就布置二、三年级做练习。1956年,考入大溪小学上高小。大溪小学(又称完小)校长是余泽怡先生,教学很认真,要求很严格,他单身,吸烟很多。要好的同学有高潮官、高兆荷、陈永杰、陈永灼、冯学松、冯国冰、卓元院、卓金平等。1958年,考入新创办的长乐第四中学,上初中。当时没有校舍,寄宿的学生住在破庙里,在玉田村的民
