随着教育国际化的不断深入,中外合作办学已成为我国各级教育的重要组成部分。在众多的合作项目中,本科院校居多,高职院校相对较少。其主要原因是高职生英语水平不高、高职院校师资力量不足以及教材和课程设置有待改进等。英语教学在中外合作办学中处于关键地位,其教学质量的优劣直接关系到合作办学的成败。本文从英语教学在高职院校中外合作办学项目中的重要性出发,以金华职业技术学院“涉外护理”项目为例,对高职中外合作办学情况及英语教学现状进行了分析并提出了相应的对策,旨在提高教学英语水平以促进中外合作项目持续稳定地发展。
With the deepening of internationalization of education, Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools has become an important part of our education at all levels. Among the many cooperation projects, there are many undergraduate colleges and relatively fewer higher vocational colleges. The main reason is that the English level of vocational college students is not high, the shortage of teachers in higher vocational colleges and the improvement of teaching materials and curriculum need to be improved. English teaching plays a crucial role in Sino-foreign cooperative education. The quality of teaching is directly related to the success or failure of cooperative education. Based on the importance of English teaching in Sino-foreign cooperative education projects in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the situation of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational education and the current situation of English teaching based on the project “Foreign Nursing” of Jinhua Polytechnic and puts forward The corresponding countermeasures are aimed at improving teaching English so as to promote the sustained and steady development of Sino-foreign cooperation projects.
