福建经信委2017-08-15报道:在世界银行发布的《2017年全球营商环境报告》中,中国营商便利度近三年在全球排名跃升18位;其中,开办企业便利度更是跃升31位。这是中央政府悉心打造稳定公平、可预期的营商环境、加快建设开放型经济所作的不懈努力。4年多来,国务院各部门取消和下放行政审批事项618项,取消中央指定地方实施行政审批事项283项,中央政府层面核准的企业投资项目削减比例累积接近90%。工商登记前置审批事项
Fujian Credit Committee 2017-08-15 Report In the 2017 Global Doing Business Report released by the World Bank, China’s business ease has jumped 18 places in the world in the recent three years. Among them, the convenience of starting a business is even greater Jumped 31 places. This is the unremitting efforts made by the Central Government in creating a stable, fair and predictable business environment and in accelerating the building of an open economy. Over the past 4 years, various departments of the State Council have abolished and decentralized 618 administrative examination and approval items, canceled 283 administrative examination and approval items at the designated places in the central government, and reduced 90% of the total investment projects approved by the central government.
