按工农业总产值翻二番的要求,近期内有2000万吨标煤能源的缺口,而锅炉因结垢而损失的燃料就达到1700余万吨标煤。中央制定的能源方针:能源开发和节约并重、近期内把节能放在首位。方针是现实可行的。推广应用清洗技术,可在不增加基建投资的前提下达到节约能源的目的。条件是:1.新型、高效清洗技术的开发成功; 2.专业化清洗总公司建立; 3.为全国四十万工交企业提供清洗技术现场服务的多层次网络的形成。化工部化工机械研究院化学清洗总公司及其在全国二十个省市的四十多个清洗分公司正在追求和应该追求的事业目标就是——使节能潜力逐步转变为现实效益。
According to the request for a doubling of the total output value of industry and agriculture, there will be a shortfall of 20 million tons of standard coal energy in the near future, and the boiler’s fuel loss due to scaling will reach more than 17,700,000 tons of standard coal. The energy policy formulated by the central government: Equal emphasis on energy development and conservation, and putting energy conservation first in the near future. The policy is realistic and feasible. The promotion and application of cleaning technology can save energy without increasing infrastructure investment. The conditions are: 1. The successful development of new and efficient cleaning technologies; 2. The establishment of a specialized cleaning company; 3. The formation of a multi-level network that provides cleaning technology on-site services for 400,000 workers in China. The chemical cleaning company of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and its more than 40 cleaning subsidiaries in 20 provinces and cities across the country are pursuing and should pursue the business goal of gradually turning the energy-saving potential into a practical benefit.
