目前钢窗已在建筑工程中普遍使用,而钢窗的玻璃安装仍沿用老做法,即以油灰作为密封材料。通常在油灰中采用桐油作为胶凝剂,桐油供应匮乏且成本较高,所以一些施工单位往往采用其它刚性材料代替,造型粗糙,使用功能不良。刚性密封存在收缩性大的缺点,会引起胶泥断裂、分离和脱落。刚性油灰腻子的抗震、抗风能力较差,易损坏玻璃,影响用户使用。针对这一问题,我所和海南热带作物产品研究所试制了橡胶
At present, steel windows have been widely used in construction projects, and the glass installation of steel windows still follows the old practice of using putty as a sealing material. Usually, tung oil is used as a gelling agent in putty. Tung oil is scarcely supplied and costly. Therefore, some construction units often use other rigid materials to replace them, and they have rough shapes and poor function. Rigid seals have the disadvantage of large shrinkage that can cause the cement to break, separate and fall off. The rigid putty putter is poor in earthquake resistance and wind resistance, easily damaging the glass and affecting the user’s use. In response to this problem, our institute and the Hainan Tropical Crop Product Research Institute have trial-produced rubber.
