刘××,住院号48941,女工,年36岁,孕6,产4,于1956年11月23日入院。主訴为妊娠9 1/2月,15小时前陰道流血半小碗。在妊娠期間並无異常發現,仅在妊娠4个月、6个月和8个月时各有一次少量陰道流血量仅污及紙垫。于入院前15小时又有一次陰道流血,量約半小碗,没有腹痛,亦無腹部撞击和过度体力劳动等情况。过去曾怀孕5次,其中平产4次,小产1次(第5次)。其他無任何不适。
