珠江是我国七大河流之一,珠江防护林工程经过两期工程建设后,工程区森林资源明显增加,生态环境得到了较大改善,其生态、社会和经济效益日益凸显,但也存在资金投入不足,工程进展缓慢,防护林体系质量不高等诸多问题。为解决这些问题,本文在介绍珠江防护林工程概况的基础上,对珠防林二期工程建设进行了总结,概括为3个方面成绩和6个方面的问题,同时提炼出三期工程建设的总体思路。这些思路包括指导思想、建设原则、建设目标、建设任务和保障措施等。
