磁力水力旋流器是一种高效分选磁性物料的设备 .采用测试、计算等方法对新型磁力水力旋流器的复合力场进行分析 ,从理论上定量地推测出离心力、磁场力和拖曳力的大小 ,并且定性地分析了层间剪切力及层间斥力对磁团的影响 .结果表明 ,对分选过程起决定作用的力是离心力 ;磁性颗粒所形成的磁团大小以及它们的强度取决于外磁场的强度、矿浆浓度和矿浆在旋流器中的流动速度 ;反流圆盘是新型磁力水力旋流器的关键部件 ,它对减少金属流失起到非常重要的作用 .
Magnetic hydrocyclone is a kind of equipment which can sort magnetic material efficiently.This paper analyzes the compound force field of new type of magnetic hydrocyclone by means of testing, calculation and so on, and deduces the centrifugal force, the magnetic field force and the drag force quantitatively theoretically The results show that the force that plays a decisive role in the separation process is centrifugal force. The size of the magnetic particles formed by the magnetic particles and their intensity Depends on the strength of the external magnetic field, the concentration of the slurry and the flow rate of the slurry in the cyclone. The reflux disk is a key component of the new magnetic hydrocyclone and plays a very important role in reducing metal loss.
