疲劳损伤是机件失效分析研究的一个主要课题。在多数情况下,疲劳似乎仅涉及其表面缺陷或应力集中,而与材料内部的组织结构变化关系不大。本文结合两起失效分析实例,通过模拟和比较试验研究,介绍了Cr17Ni2不锈钢叶片和 LY2铝合金叶片,因热加工工艺不同引起材料组织结构变化,导致叶片在使用中失效,突出表明疲劳断裂与材料组织结构之间的内在联系。
Fatigue damage is a major issue in the study of mechanical failure analysis. In most cases, fatigue appears to be related only to surface defects or stress concentrations, but not to structural changes within the material. In this paper, two cases of failure analysis are combined. Through the simulation and comparative experiments, the stainless steel leaf of Cr17Ni2 and LY2 aluminum alloy leaf are introduced. The changes of the structure of the material caused by the different thermal processing technology lead to the failure of the leaf in use. Internal relations between organizational structures.
