当我们正在为被垃圾所围困的城市而犯愁的时候,从广州传来了跨国外资环保企业大举进军中国城市垃圾业的消息。这真可谓自帚彼珍！ 2001年,我国668座城市所产生的垃圾多达1.7亿吨,而清运的垃圾却只有1.4亿吨,也就是说,每年至少有3000万吨垃圾,我们连清运的能力都没有,被随意地丢弃在各个角落。
