1 领导重视,加强基地建设,提高卫校教育能力1·1 领导重视 市卫生局制定长远目标和短期计划,把卫生院卫技人才培养纳入我市卫生事业发展规划。1992年成立了由卫生局长为主任的桐乡市医学教育委员会,全面负责我市基层卫技人员的人才培养和继续教育工作。出台了一系列政策措施,彻底改变了乡卫生院卫技人才青黄不接的紧缺状况,保证90%以上的基层卫技人员取得中专以上学历。1997年又在我校设立教学点,要求40周岁以下的乡镇卫技人员都要达到大专以上学历。这些措施有力地保证了乡卫生院卫技人才培养工作的顺利进行。l·2 加强基地建设 我校是市(县)级卫生进修学校,创办于70年代。建校之初,校园占地仅有0.21公顷,教职工不到5名,为加速基层卫技人才培养,新征土地1.1公顷,新建教学
1 Leaders pay attention to strengthening the base construction and improving the educational capacity of the health school. 1.1 Leaders attach great importance to the establishment of long-term goals and short-term plans by the Municipal Health Bureau, and incorporate health education personnel training in the hospital into the city’s health development plan. In 1992, the Tongxiang Medical Education Committee, headed by the Director of Health, was established to take full charge of talent training and continuing education work for grass-roots health workers in the city. A series of policy measures have been introduced, which has completely changed the shortage of health technicians in the township hospitals and ensured that more than 90% of grass-roots medical and technical personnel have attained secondary school education or above. In 1997, we also set up teaching sites in our school, requiring township health workers under the age of 40 to achieve college education. These measures have effectively ensured the smooth progress of the training of health technicians in township hospitals. l. 2 Strengthening Base Construction Our school is a city (county) level health education school, founded in the 70’s. At the beginning of the school building, the campus occupies only 0.21 hectares and there are less than 5 faculty and staff members. In order to speed up the cultivation of primary health technicians, 1.1 hectares of land was newly acquired, and new teaching was established.
