This is a draft of a hospital system. The author wrote a serious attitude to the current problems in the process of informationization in Chinese hospitals - the lack of sound information management mechanisms. The author also put forward a proposal on how to set up a hospital information management department with a discussion attitude and analyze the functions that the information management department should have. Should the leaders of our hospitals be inspired by it?
