今年1月中旬以来的特大低温雨雪冰冻灾害,对我国南方林业造成了重大损失。这次灾害持续时间之长、影响范围之广、危害程度之深、受灾情况之重为历史罕见,不仅对林业健康发展和广大林区职工和林农群众当前的生产生活产生了重大影响,而且对今后几年甚至十几年受灾林区经济社会可持续发展都将产生重要影响。面对突如其来的灾害,全国广大林业干部职工在党中央、国务院的坚强领导下,积极行动,奋起抗灾救灾,严防次生灾害,已经取得了第一阶段的全面胜利,林业恢复重建工作正在稳步展开。我们坚信,在党中央、国务院的正确领导下,林业抗灾救灾和恢复重建工作必将取得最后的胜利。
