为了观察联合用药对恶性胸腔积液的疗效。采用随机分组法比较顺铂加足叶已甙（联合用药组）与单用顺铂（单独用药组）腔内注射治疗56例恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效及毒副作用。结果表明，联合用药组有效率显著高于单独用药组患者（89．3％比57．1％P＜0．05），两组的胃肠道反应、血象、肝肾功能改变等方面的毒副反应无明显差异。提示该联合方案治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效高，副作用小。
In order to observe the effect of combination therapy on malignant pleural effusion. Randomized grouping was used to compare the clinical efficacy and toxic side effects of cisplatin plus ephedrine (combined group) and cisplatin alone (alone group) for the treatment of 56 cases of malignant pleural effusion. The results showed that the effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the single drug group (89.3% vs. 57.1% P<0.05), and the gastrointestinal reactions, hemogram, liver and kidney function changes in the two groups were toxic. No significant difference in side effects. It is suggested that the combined regimen has a high curative effect on the treatment of malignant pleural effusion with little side effects.
