本文详细地报道了在不同类型摩擦试验机上对FM-110干膜润滑材料的性能评价结果,并且考察了影响干膜性能的诸因素。文章指出,FM-110干膜的耐磨性很好,其静、动摩擦系数低,是低速轻负荷下良好的防粘滑材料;在低负荷下于室温至250℃温度范围内具有满意的耐磨性,在真空中于点接触摩擦形式下也具有一定的耐磨性。此外,FM-110干膜还有耐油和非粘着等优良特性,是一种摩擦学特性和综合性能优良的干膜候选材料。
In this paper, the performance evaluation of FM-110 dry film lubricant on different types of friction test machine is reported in detail, and the factors affecting the performance of dry film are investigated. The article points out that FM-110 dry film has good wear resistance and low static and dynamic friction coefficient, which is a good anti-sticking material under low speed and light load. It has satisfactory resistance at low temperature from room temperature to 250 ℃ Abrasion, in the vacuum in the form of point contact friction also has a certain degree of wear resistance. In addition, FM-110 dry film also has oil and non-stick and other fine features, is a tribological properties and excellent overall performance dry film candidate material.
