目的观察非包裹羟基磷灰石义眼台(简称HA义眼台)Ⅰ期植入术的临床疗效。方法将37例(37眼)眼内容剜除后,将羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼台植入巩膜壳后的肌圆锥内,巩膜壳呈双层帽状覆盖于义眼台前方。结果术后2例球结膜裂开,经药物治疗术后10 d自行愈合,1例术后出现巩膜外露,经修复术后愈合,随访6月至12年,无球结膜裂开,无睑下垂,义眼片活动度良好,外形满意。结论非包裹HA义眼台I期植入术安全可靠,操作简便,临床效果满意。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of non-wrapped hydroxyapatite Yiyeitai (HA Yiyeitai) stage Ⅰ implantation. Methods Thirty-seven eyes (37 eyes) were resected, and hydroxyapatite (HA) was implanted into the muscular cone of the scleral shell. The scleral shell was covered with a double cap in front of the eyelid. Results Two cases of conjunctival periderm were split open and healed by medication 10 days after operation. One case had scleral deformity after operation and healed after healed. The follow-up ranged from 6 months to 12 years. There was no bulbar conjunctiva rupture and no ptosis , Eyelid activity is good, shape satisfactory. Conclusion Non-wrapped HA artificial eye I stage implantation is safe and reliable, easy to operate, the clinical effect is satisfactory.
