中国吉林国际经济技术合作公司是1981年10月伴随着我国改革、开放、搞活的春风应运而生的。十年来,公司经历了从无到有,从小到大,从单一经营到综合经营,从粗放型经营到集约型经营和科学化管理的发展过程。公司初创时,靠十余名干部、200万元人民币借款起家,当时既无工程技术人员和外语翻译,又无分文外汇和对外经验,闭塞的吉林内陆也缺少更多的国际联系,在这种条件下,要打入国际市场,参与国内外同行业的竞争,
