高能物理实验中,作精确时间测量的光电倍增管输出的信号不够大,需要快上升时间放大器无畸变地加以放大。参考文献[1]试制成10—90倍放大器四路。并根据流光室触发系统和空间定位系统的要求,研制了线路简单、调试方便、成本低、上升时间快(典型值1.25毫微秒)、固定增益为10倍、输出阻抗低并具有一定线性的本放大器。每个NIM单插宽装四路,每个插件所需电源为±12伏/140毫安。12个插件可同时使用NIM机箱的±12伏/2安电源。目前已有4路用于70厘米流光室触发系统和16路用于流光室空间定位系统。
