研究中国的汽车工业,首当其冲要碰到其组织结构分散的问题,这是中国汽车工业发展中长期未能解决的顽症。深究造成组织结构分散的条件和原因,就需要详细剖析中国汽车工业的进入壁垒。关于进入壁垒的理论,是工业经济学的基本组成部分,与产业结构的短期分析不同,进入壁垒的研究着眼于产业结构随时间逐渐演变的过程,也就是说,这是一种长期分析,其时间跨度允许竞争者进入或撤出行业。本文将采用这种动态分析的方法,联系实际地研究中国汽车工业的组织结构,以便为从根本上解决分散化问题提供一些有益的思路。
The study of China’s auto industry, bear the brunt of the problems encountered by its decentralized organizational structure, which is the chronic and unsolved problems in the development of China’s auto industry. To investigate the conditions and causes of the decentralized organizational structure, we need to analyze in detail the barriers to entry for China’s auto industry. The theory of barriers to entry is an essential part of industrial economics. Unlike the short-term analysis of industrial structures, the study of barriers to entry focuses on the gradual evolution of the industrial structure over time, that is, it is a long-term analysis of The time span allows competitors to enter or exit the industry. This article will use this method of dynamic analysis to study the organizational structure of China’s auto industry in real terms so as to provide some useful ideas for resolving the issue of decentralization fundamentally.
