锰对胰岛A、B细胞免疫组织化学影响的研究

本文以HRP-SPA法观察了灌锰小鼠胰岛A、B细胞免疫组织化学变化。结果表明,灌锰组动物与对照组比较无明显变化。

In this paper, HRP-SPA method was used to observe the immunohistochemical changes of pancreatic islet A and B cells. The results showed that there was no significant change in the manganese irrigation group compared with the control group.
