一个合格的英语教师要在教学中使学生对英语爱学、想学、善学、学好,乐在其中。这就要求教师不断更新课堂教学手段,运用灵活多样的教学方法,组织学生进行广泛的训练,培养并保持其对英语学习的兴趣,让学生在学习英语的过程中实现从“要我学”向“我要学”的转变,真正实现教学的目标。我特别注重“入门教学”。这里的“入门教学”指的是新生第一堂课的教学。鉴于学生对教师的印象直接影响着对英语学习的兴趣,这堂课必须完成两件事。(1)注重师生之间“情”的交流,把自
