目的从显微外科应用解剖学角度对颊脂体进行研究,为临床颊脂体的带蒂移植提供科学依据。方法通过34侧成人尸体颊脂体的解剖,对其形态、位置、大小、包膜、血液供应和毗邻关系等进行了详细的观测。结果颊脂体由一个体部和四个突起构成;体可分浅部和深部,有包膜包裹和多源性血液供应,与腮腺导管关系密切。四个突起分别称为颊突、上颌突、颞突和翼下颌突,各自向面侧部不同间隙延伸。结论颊脂体体部的临床带蒂移植重建和修复颌面部的缺损是安全可靠的
Objective To study the buccal lipids from the anatomic perspective of microsurgery and provide a scientific basis for the pedicle transplantation of clinical buccal fat. Methods The morphology, location, size, envelope, blood supply and adjacent relationship of 34 adult cadaveric fat bodies were observed in detail. Results The buccal fat body consisted of one body and four protuberances. The body could be divided into shallow and deep parts, with envelope-wrapped and multi-sourced blood supply, which was closely related to the parotid duct. The four protuberances are respectively called buccal processes, maxillary processes, temporal processes and wing mandibular processes, each extending to a different side of the face. Conclusion Clinical pedicle graft reconstruction of buccal fat body and repair of maxillofacial defect are safe and reliable
