本文道了运用硝酸银柱层析法分离得到纯度为98%的γ-亚麻酸甲酯。合成了几个γ-亚麻酸衍生物。实验初步结果表明,它们具有抑制由ADP诱导的血小板凝聚的作用。
In this paper, methyl gamma-linolenate with 98% purity was isolated by silver nitrate column chromatography. Several gamma-linolenic acid derivatives were synthesized. Preliminary results of the experiment indicate that they have the effect of inhibiting platelet aggregation induced by ADP.
