患儿李先鹏,男,12岁。学生,85年3月8日来诊。主诉:双眼红痒涩流泪二年。查:身体健康。眼部检查:双眼上下睑结膜充血,血管模糊不清,可见“石子路样”乳头增生。球结膜充血、双眼角膜缘有灰黄色胶冻样物质包围。诊断:春季卡他性结膜炎(混合型)。给球结膜下注射强的松龙(双眼0.6毫升)治疗。注射完约半分钟,患儿突感头昏、头痛、头热。
Li Xianpeng children, male, 12 years old. Students, March 8, 85 to the clinic. Chief Complaint: Eyes red itchy astringent tears for two years. Check: good health. Eye examination: the upper and lower eyelid conjunctival hyperemia, blood vessels blurred, visible “gravel road” nipple hyperplasia. Bulbar conjunctival hyperemia, both sides of the corneal limbus surrounded by gray-yellow jelly-like material. Diagnosis: catarrhal conjunctivitis in spring (mixed type). Subconjunctival injection of prednisolone (0.6 ml eyes) treatment. About half an hour after injection, sudden constipation in children with dizziness, headache, head heat.
