目的:以川产地道药材附子为材料,研究喷施烯效唑对其原植物植株形态及总生物碱含量的影响,为附子高产栽培措施的制定提供新的理论依据。方法:在附子生长过程中的两个重要时期喷施不同浓度烯效唑,观测不同处理下植株主要形态特征并测定子根中总生物碱含量。结果:附子原植物经烯效唑处理后,表现出株高降低,叶面积减小,茎粗、叶片数、须根数、干物质量增加等变化;子根中总生物碱含量较对照有所增加或降低,但与对照差异不显著。结论:烯效唑对附子总生物碱含量无显著影响,从调整植株形态的角度考虑以子根形成期喷施效果更好,增产作用以子根膨大期效果更佳,均以120 mg/L效果最显著。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of spraying uniconazole on the plant morphology and total alkaloid content of raw plants in order to provide a new theoretical basis for the formulation of high-yielding cultivation of Aconite. Methods: Different concentrations of uniconazole were sprayed in two important periods during the growth of aconite. The main morphological characteristics of the plants were observed under different treatments and the content of total alkaloids in the roots was measured. Results: The aconite plants treated with uniconazole showed the plant height decreased, the leaf area decreased, the stem diameter, the number of leaves, the number of fibrous roots and dry matter increased. The content of total alkaloids in the roots increased compared with the control Or decreased, but not significantly different from the control. CONCLUSION: Uniconazole has no significant effect on total alkaloid content of Aconitum kusnezoffii, spraying from the perspective of morphological adjustment is more effective and the effect of increasing yield is better than that of sub-root swelling. The most obvious effect.
