1 病历摘要 患者 女性,37岁,住院号:11987。诊断:左肾癌术后复发;冠状动脉供血不足。1996年12月22日应用5％葡萄糖500ml加入刺五加注射液80ml(由黑龙江省完达山制药厂生产,批号:960312),静脉滴注,约3min后病人感到呼吸困难,气促,频发咳嗽,呛咳无痰,症状很快加重,胸前区极度不适,烦躁不安,有濒死感。查体:血压14/9kPa,口唇颜面四肢指(趾)端明显紫绀,呼吸46次/min,两肺闻及干罗音,心率168次/min,心律齐,肝脾不大。立即半坐卧位,
