降低井下噪声和振动是当前的迫切问题,降低噪声有利于安全生产并为提高劳动生产率提供了条件。风动凿岩机的噪声有五种来源:废气的排出;活塞对钎杆的冲击;凿岩机外壳的振动或个别零件的振动;钎杆或钻具系统的振动;被钻岩石的振动。废气与稳定介质(空气)相互作用而引起的噪声称为气体动力噪声,而由于声波振动而产生的噪声称为机械噪声。
Reducing downhole noise and vibration is an urgent issue at present. Reducing noise is good for safe production and provides conditions for improving labor productivity. There are five sources of noise from pneumatic rock drills: exhaust gas emissions; the impact of the piston on the drill rod; the vibration of the rock drill shell or the vibration of individual parts; the vibration of the drill rod or drilling system; the vibration of the rock being drilled. The noise caused by the interaction between the exhaust gas and the stable medium (air) is called the gas dynamic noise, and the noise due to the acoustic vibration is called the mechanical noise.
