在体外培养条件下观察了酮替芬、赛庚啶及苯噻啶对恶性疟原虫的抑制作用,其中以酮替芬的效果最佳,5×10~-5M酮替芬可明显抑制疟原虫的发育,使虫数减少并不再能形成裂殖体。作者还用同步化了的疟原虫进一步研究了酮替芬对疟原虫生长环节的抑制作用.
