目的 测定蜂胶对变形链球菌的抑菌及粘附抑制作用效果 ,以探讨蜂胶防龋的机制。方法 ①用不同浓度的蜂胶溶液 ,采用杯碟法检测蜂胶溶液抑菌活性 ,并测出其最小抑菌浓度 ;②用 0 .0 4 %、0 .0 1 %蜂胶溶液采用毛细管法检测蜂胶对变形链球菌粘附抑制效果 ,设置空白对照及 2 %氟化钠阳性对照。结果 ①蜂胶溶液对变形链球菌有较强的抑菌作用 ,最小抑菌浓度为 0 .0 2 5 % ;② 0 .0 4 %、0 .0 1 %两个浓度的蜂胶溶液对变形链球菌的粘附抑制作用明显高于对照组。结论 蜂胶对变形链球菌有明显的抑菌及抑制变形链球菌粘附作用 ,提示蜂胶具有较强的防龋效果
Objective To determine the antibacterial and adhesive inhibition effects of propolis on Streptococcus mutans in order to explore the mechanism of propolis anti-spasm. Method 1 using different concentrations of propolis solution, using the cup dish method to detect the antibacterial activity of the propolis solution, and determine the minimum inhibitory concentration; 2 with 0.04%, 0.01% propolis solution using capillary method to detect propolis pair Streptococcus mutans adhesion inhibitory effect, set blank control and 2% sodium fluoride positive control. Results 1 The propolis solution had strong antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans. The minimum inhibitory concentration was 0. 0 2 5 %; 2 0 . 0 4 % and 0.01 % of the propolis solution against Streptococcus mutans The inhibition of adhesion was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Propolis has obvious antibacterial effect on Streptococcus mutans and inhibits the adhesion of Streptococcus mutans, suggesting that propolis has a strong anti-cariogenic effect.
