随着我国改革开放的不断深入,我国中小企业近些年来迅速发展,已经成为了我国国民经济发展不可缺少的重要组成部分。但是从目前我国中小企业发展趋势来看,中小企业相对于大企业来说在运营管理方面存在着一定的差距,管理上的滞后已经成为了制约中小企业进一步发展的瓶颈,对此,中小企业应当积极探索适合自身发展的管理模式。本文针对企业生命周期理论视角下中小企业的管理模式进行了探析,文章首先阐述了企业生命周期以及企业管理模式的相关概念,然后指出了目前我国中小企业在管理方面所存在的不足,最后提出了一些建议,使得中小企业在不同生命周期阶段能够采取恰当的管理方式,以促进企业稳健发展。
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the rapid development of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises in recent years has become an indispensable part of our national economic development. However, judging from the current development trend of SMEs in our country, there is a certain gap between SMEs and large enterprises in terms of operation and management. The management lag has become the bottleneck restricting the further development of SMEs. In this regard, SMEs should Actively explore suitable for their own development of the management model. This paper analyzes the management mode of SMEs from the perspective of the theory of enterprise life cycle. The article first elaborates the concepts of the enterprise life cycle and the mode of enterprise management, and then points out the shortcomings in the management of SMEs in our country. Finally, Some suggestions have given SMEs the ability to adopt proper management methods at different stages of their life cycle so as to promote their steady development.
