住房公积金制度作为一项涉及民生的社会保障制度,其运行是否有效直接关系着城镇职工的住房权益。就有效性而言,本文主要从住房公积金的效率和可持续性两个视角予以衡量。通过分析可知,遵义市住房公积金制度自建立并运行以来,在实现效率的同时表现出了较好的可持续性,然而,随着经济社会转入新常态运行,住房公积金制度也需要在强化宣传以及风险防控等方面加以完善。
As a social security system involving people’s livelihood, the housing provident fund system is directly related to the housing rights and interests of urban workers. In terms of effectiveness, this article mainly from the perspective of efficiency and sustainability of housing provident fund to be measured. Through the analysis we can see that Zunyi City’s housing accumulation fund system since its establishment and operation, while achieving efficiency while showing a good sustainability, however, with the economic and social transfer to the new normal operation, the housing provident fund system also needs to strengthen the publicity As well as risk prevention and control and other aspects to be improved.
