研究断屑台对切削过程的影响。经试验，改变断屑台距刀刃的宽度并保证断屑台有足够的高度时，刀具与切屑的接触面积会发生变化，剪切角存在一个最大值，与之相对应的切削区变形最小。本文介绍了这种降低切削区变形的断屑方法及应用。
Study the impact of chip breaking station on the cutting process. After testing, changing the width of the chip breaking table from the cutting edge and ensuring a sufficient height of the chip breaking table, the contact area between the cutting tool and the chip will change. There is a maximum value of the cutting angle and the deformation of the cutting area corresponding to it is the minimum. This paper describes the method to reduce the deformation of the cutting zone and its application.
