目的:探讨扶正抗毒丸联合高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)疗法对人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染ⅡB期患者氧化应激反应的干预作用,并探讨其机制。方法:采用随机数字表法将120例患者随机分为空白组,HAART组,扶正抗毒丸+HAART组,最终获得完整数据资料的患者94例,其中空白组30例,HAART组33例,扶正抗毒丸+HAART组31例,疗程均为12个月,观察扶正抗毒丸联合HAART疗法对HIV感染ⅡB期患者活性氧(ROS),核转录因子-κB(NF-κB),T淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数及病毒载量的作用。结果:治疗12个月时,扶正抗毒丸+HAART组患者ROS,NF-κB含量显著低于空白组和HAART组(P<0.05);HAART组、扶正抗毒丸+HAART组与空白组比较,能有效增加病毒载量<100 copy·m L-1的患者例数(P<0.01),减少病毒载量波动例数(P<0.01),两组比较无统计学差异;CD3+T淋巴细胞计数显示,扶正抗毒丸+HAART组与治疗前、空白组和HAART组比较明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01);HAART组、扶正抗毒丸+HAART组患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数与治疗前和空白组比较明显增加(P<0.05),扶正抗毒丸+HAART组CD4+T淋巴细胞计数与HAART组比较有增加的趋势。结论:扶正抗毒丸联合HAART疗法能较好的减少HIV感染ⅡB期患者氧化应激反应的发生作用和有效抑制NF-κB含量增加。同时,还能有效增加血浆病毒载量<100 copy·m L-1的患者例数,减少病毒载量波动例数和升高CD3+,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the intervention effect of Fuzheng anti-drug pill combined with highly effective anti-retroviral therapy (HAART) on oxidative stress in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) ⅡB patients and its mechanism. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into blank group, HAART group, Fuzheng anti-poison pill + HAART group and 94 patients with complete data finally, including 30 cases in blank group, 33 cases in HAART group, Anti-drug pill + HAART group of 31 cases, the course of treatment was 12 months, observation of Fuzheng anti-drug pills combined with HAART therapy for HIV infection in patients with stage Ⅱ B reactive oxygen species (ROS), nuclear factor kappa B (NF- κB), T lymphocytes Subgroup absolute counts and viral load. Results: At 12 months, the levels of ROS and NF-κB in HAART group were significantly lower than those in HAART group and HAZR group (P <0.05); HAART group and HAART group compared with HAART group , Which could effectively increase the number of patients with viral load <100 copy · m L-1 (P <0.01), reduce the number of viral load fluctuations (P <0.01), there was no significant difference between the two groups; CD3 + T lymphocytes The cell counts showed that the levels of CD4 + T lymphocytes in HAART group, HAZRT + HAART group were significantly higher than those in HAART group and HAZ group (P <0.05, P <0.01) Compared with the HAART group, the CD4 + T lymphocyte count of the Fuzheng anti-drug pill + HAART group increased significantly compared with that before treatment and the blank group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fuzheng anti-drug pill combined with HAART therapy can reduce the incidence of oxidative stress and reduce the increase of NF-κB in patients with stage ⅡB HIV infection. At the same time, it can effectively increase the number of patients with plasma viral load <100 copy · m L-1, reduce the number of viral load fluctuations and increase the counts of CD3 + and CD4 + T lymphocytes.
