在各类矿山,放矿溜井与漏斗采用振动放矿机(振动放矿闸门)代替指状闸门或其它型式闸门已日见增多。振动放矿机通常采用偏心质量式单轴惯性激振器激发振动。目前,激振器多采用单一螺栓联接结构方式(图1)。螺栓3与振动台4联接,振动台4支承在缓冲橡胶垫7上。其后端部有迷宫式结构5,以防泥水从后端漏出。
